Wassup everyone! Check out this verse I made as a response to my crew Shadow of the Locust's new song they recently released for free.
One of my favorite things to do is write lyrics. This one came out pretty well but it would sound much better recorded on the actual beat. Maybe I'll do that sometime. Mostly I just did this for fun though. You can check out the original song plus many more songs from my crew for free here! Reportedly after recording the song P.I.M.P Dr. Dre proceeded to berate 50 Cent harshly because it took him 18 takes to get his final verse right on the song. 50 Cent replied to Dr. Dre with an emphatic "Gee Whiz!" After Dre calmed down for a minute the two made up and they continued happily ruining Hip Hop for many years to come. This weekend I spent some time on google hangouts drawing and painting with random art buddies. This is one of the pieces that came out of it!
I haven't done a whole lot with painting but it's becoming a nice alternative to coloring digitally and coloring with markers. I'd have to say this is probably my most successful painting to date!
