 Troubadour
Troubadour is a fun lovin kinda guy. Not too intense he usually goes with the flow. Not necessarily a passivist but as long as things are on the up and up he's on the up and up. He does however have a strong sense of what is good and right and believes in contributing to that. Troubadour is known for being somewhat of a one man band and when not jamming likes to still continue speaking somewhat lyrically sometimes even rhyming within normal speach. While on a spiritual journey in his younger years Troubadour slipped into an alternate dimension in the midst of meditation or so he thought. What actually happened is with the help of a "Guru" from another planet he actually teleported to the Guru's home planet where he learned an alien form of fighting and which included the art of teleportation. Also while sojourning on this foriegn planet the tribe he was camping with re forged his earthly instruments (an Acoustic Guitar, Tambarine, and Panpipes) into weapons with kenetic energy potential while still holding there musical quality. In fact there musical quality was also hightened! Troubadour having learned much on his journey eventually decided to make his way back to earth only to find his home in a much worse state than he left it! Luckily he was now much more equiped than he had ever dreamed of being to take on this new harsh reality. Ponderings I kinda felt bad about making my first character a hippie in a bad light yesterday so i figured id even out the score here and dive into this idea i had for Troubadour. I have to admit many of these character designs will probably only be the first step in each characters design evolution so be patient. For instance this particular character may not be so cartoony in his final design and honestly this was more me trying to figure out how to draw a hippie lol. But i think i got some of the main elements i want in there where i can really play around with the actual design of the character. A big part of Character Design though, I'm learning, is coming up with the story and personality of the character. Which is maybe even more fun than the art sometimes lol.
